Dreamworks is a company that contributes to the field of public housing and Home Ownership Scheme (HOS) by engaging in interior renovation projects within housing estates. We are dedicated to bringing in the experience and perspective gained from various external projects and using them to reshape and reintroduce ourselves to everyone. You may wonder why we are so passionate about this. One reason is that one of our founders, Mr. Luk, has a family background in contracting work. It is his belief that returning to housing estates and doing what should be done is a way of showing gratitude and remembering one's roots.

The Housing Department issues licenses to "Renovation Contractors" listed in the reference list for them to undertake renovation projects for tenants in new public housing estates or owners in Home Ownership Scheme estates. To ensure an adequate number of Renovation Contractors for the projects, the current ratio of "Renovation Contractors" to residents is 1:250. The priority order list for assigning Renovation Contractors is determined by drawing lots, and when the contractors on the list are nearly exhausted, another draw will be conducted.
